I would like to share here my experience of FIS world pay,Aundh pune which was the worst. My F2F interview was scheduled with FIS world pay last week for cloud engineer-devops engineer,I experienced very unprofessional peoples here right from reception,security guards to interview panel.The interviewer Mr.Ravindra Algubelli and his colleague were incapable to conduct interview.They were asking wrong questions & I corrected their questions.I given all answers correctly despite that Mr.Ravindra Algubelli rejected me.From consultancy I came know that Mr.ravindra always reject all candidates without proper justification & they escalated his name to senior manager for his misbehaviour. Requesting FIS world pay authority to get few training on how to conduct interview for your employees before inviting candidates from market. My experience with FIS world pay was pathetic.
They even dont have any idea , what is the JD of their job, and scheduling interview. They should focuse to improve in interview process.
Technical Writers from other domain don't waste your time applying here and preparing for interview. They gonna reject u anyways no matter how well u answer.
