Location is good...but on road..that's why traffic sound is unbearable , owner is good by nature..but is too lethargic to get the maintenance done...PG is working on jugad...He only need you at the first week to collect money...then rest of the month.. says bye bye to your problems , such a careless attitude...I left his pg but has been there for about a year...if you can tolerate all this ..just go there and enjoy your stay ...

-located very near to rakesh yadav sir coaching halls. -on road. -no food provided. -owner charges money for each facility separately. -so its slightly costly to live. -u can get better PG, hostels with similar or better facilties in same or lesser amount.
Room rant is high but the location deserves this price. Owner is a Good man. There is no other problem expect rat on ground floor and a averages ventilation but it's vary room to room in pg.
Food quality is not best but still sahi hai
