Hi Everyone, Today i went to check out the this gym, Even i heard from many folks about the unprofessionalism and poor communication method way of the gym reception lady. I didn't believe it but when i went to today to check out the fee and gym equipment. But it seems the arrogance of that lady receptionist is that high, that she doesn't have time to help customer to provide info about gym and fees. I have been to Gold gym and roams around the all major countries, Like Saudi, UAE, UK, Houston. But never seen such arrogant and pathetic behavior of an individual who suppose to help client. If anyone would come to me to ask about this gym. I would suggest them to do gym at home or choose a small gym, rather going this gym. Extremely poor customer service, support, unprofessionalism. Guys don't waste your hard earn money on these unprofessional folks. One advise for the reception lady, Work on your education and manners, etiquettes otherwise nobody will give you a single job anywhere !
I went there to join but the owner who is girl is too unprofessional and they are not taking any covid measures , no hygiene practice. They even don't have all machines . She argued with me for taking covid measures and don't bother about anything. It seems she is supporting people to spread the covid. I will not recommended anyone to join this gym and waste the money.
Worst gym in Bhopal I must say. Never waste your money joining this one. Everything is ridiculous except for the ambience which is just okay. Trainers will force you for personal training and if You will not pay their PT fees, they will not even train you on how you use machines. The manager of the gym is too unprofessional and unmarred to speak to customer. In short never waste your money and Time joining MFC Bawadia kalan branch.
Good and safe gym than others
It's a budget gym. Don't keep high hopes. The machines are old and weared down clearly showing no signs of maintenance. The weights are weared down. Trainers here know no concept of general training, they never would come to give a spot to you even of you are stuck on a bench. Only join if you are tight on budget and need a little above than the local 200rs gym.
