The staff of this clinic is very pathetic and illiterate they dont even provide proper medical knowledge to the patient, when you call them for online advice or information they will clearly tell you to log in to website or send you a brochure. The staff is very very poor in communication also sometime they misguide you.

Today was my first visit to Apollo and I don't feel like stepping there ever again. I was given an appointment for a doctor who was on leave. I ignored as there could be mistakes like these by receptionist at times. When asked specifically for a consultation with senior dentist, I was sent inside the doctors cabin just to realize I was being attended by his assistant. No offence to his assistant as he did what he could do at his best and I just didnt want to disrespect him by any means. After all, he was a doctor too. But I felt cheated as I didnt get that level of satisfaction with the consultation. AND it was a lie to me at the reception that I will be attended by the senior doctor. Lets go past this. After requesting the print out of the OPG scan (which costed 600 bucks here to my surprise), they seemed a bit hesitant and eventually sent me the image over the whatsapp. Interestingly, they didnt have the printer working in such big facility. Never mind. and ofcourse I was being sold health check packages with hefty discounts and when asked for the flyer which had the list of tests so that I can analyze it back at home, they said they cant give that. God knows why not. Was there anything to hide? I am sure there might be some good doctors but the whole "money sucking practice" which Apollo seems to bring in maligns the dignity of this noble practice of medicine and his own brand.
I had been there when i was down with high fever. The staff over there is sincere and extremely caring. All kinds of medicines are available at apt price. I suggest anyone near the surrounding to consider Apollo clinic for a proper and responsible treatment.
