Very Nice Hospital with excellent hospitality from Well groomed and professional staffs particularly the nurses attending patients. They justify their bit higher rates/ packages with prompt services, cleanliness all around and very polite and smiling approach towards patient party. However staffs dealing billing and prescription on 1st floor OPD may be more prompt and polite and need engagement of more staffs to cope up with the rush. Overall we never felt that was a hospital as it was so clean and all the supporting staffs made our patient feel like home.
Administrative of the hospital is very bad.I had emergency I was trying to to call but no one receive my call.
One of the best Hospital in the city. The place excels in cleanliness, and are filled with well groomed staffs and nurses. I recently visited for Vaccination , i was attended by Sayantan Haith, who was in charge, he took me through the whole process. It was a smooth and quick service ,the best one can expect. Thanks to team and management, they are doing a great job.
One of the best doctors I have seen in kolkata. He will easily describe and discuss with you about your health problems. He just doesn't give medicines but also talks with and reassures the patient. Very good surgeon. Removed an 11 cm endometrial cyst from my ovary in laparoscopy only and with no associated complications.
