Poor receptionist n administration staff of Pan Ortho Hospital. I called receptionist to know weather my blood report are ready or not. She told me, blood reports are ready n kindly collect. Also I needed to consult with doctor. But when I reached hospital, reports were not ready. My leg was injured thats why we called n ensured the availability of reports. This clearly shows how much the hospital concerned about their pataints.
Very High in cost, My mother was suffering from Dengue and they costed me around 40K for 5 Days treatment excluding medicine which is definitely not worth anyhow. I was easily able to save around 10-15K if I would have admitted her in any another hospital. At starting they will tell you if you are not going to claim insurance then they will manage final bill on last day. and On last day they will never receive your call or respond to your message. This is happened with me and the consultant Doctor was Doctor Suhas Bhosale.
Very pathetic experience , I doubt the skills of doctor treated me. He suggested surgery for my mallet finger issue and made it worse than the original after surgery.Even after two surgeries and more than one and half years later my finger is yet to heal. In the first surgery he kept stitch itself inside saying it will support the tendon and coz of that surgery cut itself was not getting healed resulting in second surgery and now even after the second surgery the condition is same and when gone back to him he has no answers. Pls try to avoid this hospital.
Very poor response in doctor my wife is admitted in hospital and Dr visited in next day afternoon complicated in 30 hours then start treatment then peshants is very peaceful not care in hospital
Very glad to have Pan Ortho hospital near me. I am thankful to Dr. Rahul Sir and staff and also thankful to Dr Vaishali Mam.
