Why asking for MRN no. to everyone now, it's better to instruct Hospital PRO to response properly to covid patient 's attender/family with timely day to day update about patients health. Why even CT scan score and HRCT flim not being shared by doctors or nurse staff here to patients family. Non-cooperative behavior of hospital about patient's health ,steal opportunity from us to have secondary opinion about his health progress to other specialist doctor. Covid person came to your hospital for CT Scan status on his own and your team admitted him on the spot after CT scan and after few days treatment he is no more ,who is responsibly for his family with two small children pain now?
Good treatment for Vericose veins and a good treatment from the staff as well. Admin team was very helpful. The patient care team and nurses were very polite and helpful as well
