Excellent place but as usual in Kashmir, All the thugs around with the help of policemen to stop you to go further which are real beautiful place. In our case, from parking we were stopped illegally by horsemen. We paid to them did some riding, after that they allowed to go further which is a real beautiful place but the locals actually wasted our 2-3 hours. Further view was awesome but we were running out of time as we had to leave this place to reach back to Srinagar before dark. Once advise, stay away from horsemen at any cost. and don't believe if someone stops you at some naka. There is beautiful road ahead with JKTDC tourist bungalow and real Doodhparthri riverbed.
Look like Gulmarg and sonmarg if you visit both don't go there you feel like S same as both locations
