Worst Company Ever, might give you an offer letter but will not give joining Guys, never believe on the offer letter provided by Birlasoft. This company is not trustworthy and may ruin your Career. I got an offer in 2011 and my joining date was 2 Aug, 2011 but they keep extending it by 1-2 months, I kept following up with HR but even after an year (2012), Birlasorf didn't give me joining. So, unfortunately if you got an offer from "Birlasoft", keep trying to join another company, don't wait for Birlasoft. Please don't give Offer Letter to the people if you can't afford them to join. Also, HR should have etiquette to respond to a person's query regarding the joining or should have courage to inform about the scenario rather than keep them waiting.
Nice Company with professional and cooperative staff, but not a good HR's. I went on to interview, cleared 2 rounds. HR told me that you have 1 more round but panel is not available. So, will take a telephonic round. I said okay, but after few days HR called me and told me that you have to come again for last round. And that too between 2 days and please confirm time. So, i said i will revert you with available timing. But she didn't revert back.

Work depends on the project you get.. office ambience is cool but culture and politics have made this office worse
