The staff specially at the receptions are very professional and never keep the patient waiting long time by giving false info like other hospitals do. Charges are slightly on higher sight but it's worth as the response is highly appreciable.
OUTSTANDING - This review is specifically for the way the staff of STAR hospital has managed the Covid vaccination. I took my parents for two consecutive days and I was amazed to see that social distancing norms are actually being followed. Very organized and courteous staff. For us, its just an appointment and we might not visit after the second jab(s) - but for them, it is an everyday task, ensuring we are all safe. Kudos to the the senior manager of diagnostics (Ms. Felci) and all the others who ensured that vaccination is done on time and without any hurdles.
Worst hospital and very over charging rates. Visited many times but the hospitality of brand the star hospital vanished. Staff not only but canteen persons are very rude. B block. 98482......
