Doctors are good, cleanliness is awesome the parking charge is absurd and good waiting area for relatives. Why do you charge parking from us when we are paying lakhs in bills.? It’s preposterous..
Very very very bad services and management... no one is giving proper answer even if we want to take appointment. They are saying to call doctors and doctors r not receiving call as well. Not their reception people also. Is this the way to run big multi-speciality hospitals? Patients r coming to you as they have faith in you. We are going through crisis and this corona still people don’t want to help to each other..
Worst procedure I have ever seen at hospitals. It is 6 hours and we are waiting for discharge. Am I in hospital? Rooms are not upto standard. Staff is not alert. Government hospital is better than Apollo. Please think before you are planning for visit. If there are minus stars I won't give even 1 star
