Can someone please explain why there is a number given of Jio retail shop and location is for service center. I was asking for the bill at the shop which was denied by the JIO officer and asked me to contact service center. Where I called them by searching on the internet and call received in the Jio shop where I approached for service. I don't know why there is so confusion. It' s a ruler area where uneducated people will be fooled by the shop and service center owners. Amit Kumar was the attendee at the shop. He was little helpful.

Very bad service... Staff is not cooperative... I bought the JIOPHONE on 25th August. They donot know how to solve issues with jiophone. they keep calling you again and again and tell u that your phone is okay but after a day or two same problem occurs... I m very much disappointed by the service of JIO Dhampur.... Donot buy jiophone i will suggest.....its waste of money. and time. it hangs alot, you cannot enjoy the internet even. and most important jio service center services are very poor.
