Updated as of 30 April 2021 Initial experience [Nov, Dec of 2020] - Had an issue with non availability of Glucose on a scheduled Blood Fasting Glucose Test (where glucose needs to be administered after the first sample) Future Visits [Jan 2021 - till date] - The issue with glucose seems to have been rectified, as they have started charging for the glucose in the GTT test and pharmacy seems to keep a track of glucose (at least as per my last experience) Positives - Staff is well behaved and helpful - Neat and clean premises - Really like the hospital for the services it offers Negatives - The request to share details on the incident (as a response to this message), doesn't seems to have any impact. No body has reached out or tried to clarify the issue so far. (However the hospital staff is receptive on feedback and issues, I was able to talk to the administration for this and other support that I needed)
Got there for vaccination, had to wait a while but the staff and everyone involved throughout the process were quite cordial and helpful. Once the initial wait was over everything else went smooth. All the facilities I came across were on par with the best hospitals in Ernakulam. Covid protocols are properly maintained. P.S. They have small snack shop within for snacks and beverage.
IT WAS TRULY A GREAT EXPERIENCE. The service they have provided has been excellent. Surroundings and atmosphere around the hospital was neat and tidy. I'm very satisfied for my treatment in Apollo Adlux Hospital and specially thanks floor manager Vandhana and staffs, all are well trained... emergency services are awesome. Overall my experience was better.
My mother was hospitalized here and it was an Overall good experience. The standard and quality of treatment was very nice with well qualified doctors. Staffs and nurses took good care of my mother during the stay. Also special thanks to Ms. Preetha for helping us during the stay and with discharge formalities.
It was truly a wonderful experience. My wife was 34 weeks pregnant when first time we visited the hospital , we were consulting in (Sabine hospital ) through the major part of maternity , and shifted to Apollo because it is more easy to reach from my home . From a friend of mine I came to know about DR MERCY CV and he recommended to consult her as DR MERCY is having 34 years of experience in the field . We are so grateful to DR MERCY she is so god fearing and down to earth person with a huge practical experience. On first scan she noticed some thing not correct , she advised us to get admitted on the next day so she can do a procedure for maturing baby lungs while my wife will be on close observation in labour room . Doctor observed some irregularities with baby heart beat and advised for a scan and it was observed that liquor level was very critical on 35 th week of pregnancy so doctor advised us c session. And we are blessed with a. Healthy baby girl all thanks to DR MERCY for her timely identification and planing that has led to a safer delivery In our opinion Apollo adlux is one of the best hospital for pregnancy and child birth related complications and for normal pregnancy consultations .WE STRONGLY recommend DR MERCY CV
