The hospital is though centrally located inside the premises the environment is peaceful and is being maintained well. The public in and surrounding areas of Vanasthalipuram and NGO's Colony make use of the facilities in the hospital for treatment.
I am updating my review on 27 May, 2021.So, please note that people vaccinated with Covishield are not allowed for 2nd dose right now. I went with my mom for her COVAXIN 2nd dose vaccination at 7 o'clock in the morning and submitted Aadhar card xerox( please write your mobile number which you've given for first dose and age on this copy before submitting) along with first dose certificate. Vaccination started at 9:30 am and my mothers token number was 38. It took 20 minutes till she got vaccinated. Please carry your own sanitiser and be masked all the time. The premises as well as the working system was very nice. Although, people kept coming for Covishield vaccines and kept gathering around the counter (one person also fought with the officials and made a ruckus). If you're getting your covaxin 2nd dose, reach there by 7 am and get your token number. Come back at 9 o'clock if you live nearby. Earlier review ( a month ago) :- I booked an appointment for vaccination for my mother through cowin website and got the date on 22nd of April. I selected the slot at 11 to 2:30 pm. We reached there by 11 o' clock and submitted the appointment print out and aadhar card xerox copy. They asked to write the name, age and mobile number on the aadhar copy. They verified if my mother's mobile number is linked to the aadhar or not. After verifying they called her name and vaccinated her. The whole process got completed in 20 minutes. Overall experience was quite good except there was a lack of proper organisation of public and there was not a single dustbin in the whole premises. Everyone who got vaccinated threw the cotton swabs in the premises directly. I suggest people who are going to get vaccine to first link their mobile numbers with aadhar card. Otherwise they'd ask you to link it. It'd be better if you go there 9 o clock in the morning to avoid overcrowding.

The police station is rendering yeoman service to the people living in and around the area. This hospital is very popular with the locals, particularly the poor. The vaccination is given free of cost, and Mrs Amrita, the nurse who administered the shots, carries a permanent smile on her face. All you need Aadhar Card and visit the hospital to register. In an hour, you are done, thanks to the meticulous arrangement of the health ministry. I took my first dose without any hassles. Certificates are issued to the beneficiaries. The second dose messages are flashed through messages, thanks to the follow-up mechanism. The hospital staff was amiable, and so were the police. Free car parking facilities and coffee shops are at your disposal.
Good hospital in this area. Ehs services section is also there. Its working from 8 am to 12 pm during holidays. Generally working from 8 am to 3 pm on working days. It has parking space many vehicles. The mantaince is good.
