Not at all good service. Was made to wait for one hour for first dose of vaccine and that too outside the main clinic, in the heat. There was no queue system in place outside and when people were called in, latecomers got the opportunity to get the vaccine first. The entire process took more than 2 hrs. To top it off, they accepted only cash and the nearest ATM was 500 meters from the clinic. Had to run in order to get the money and came back only to find that I have lost my original queue position. Total and utter mismanagement...
People working here are very polite, co-operative and supportive. I went there with my grandmother and recieved very good treatment from them. Atmosphere is good too. We had a very good experience.
Worst place for vaccination. Though I go for covaxin 2 nd dose my experience is horrible. No management no time slot followed. My time slot was 10.30 but when I get my vaccine it was 1.30. Very bad. At last the worst part vaccine is given by lady who had seated at reception. No professional nurse their it's very dangerous. It's a shame for this type of highly renowned brand Apollo. I will complaint for this incident to higher authority. And don't go this center at any cost.
To the owner , If you are opening a brand , rather a polpular brand kindly get some well trained staff ! The lady who was sitting over there in the reception was extremely ill mannered ! Found no coordination . doctor supposed to come by 3.30pm but by 5.10pm he did not come , we understand that it may happens with the doctor but where is the communication from the reception??? Its our first visit to sithi more branch ,Will never make the same mistake again ! Work on your staff training program !
Good clinic near my locality. All the staff are very supportive and polite. Neat and clean place with good space.
