Thanks for all the arrangements. Even with so much of rush it's very well addressed. To ensure further improvement you may install token vending machine to issue number of tokens serial number wise based on the number of doses available. Maybe separately for each type of vacancies. This will ensure smooth and easy operation without exposing the people and staff of the hospital. Regards R N Sen
Vaccination was very well organized. The day I took my parents over there, there were many such people turned up for getting the vaccine. But, they managed the rush quite well. Staff were cooperating and well-mannered. Their hospitality was also good.
Great Hospitality. State of art technical facilities for medical emergencies and really helpful service desk. Few hospitals can provide such high class care with responsibility, patience and support. Not to forget the hygienic maintenance all around though the area is a huge one. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and impressed with the hospitality of FORTIS and would recommend all to experience the same ????.
The friendly environment and the procedure was really smooth. Its a must for all to wait as there are many at a time. The staff are very nice n cooperative starting from the security to all. The person serving free tea was so polite and asking all from time to time if anyone need water or tea. Service with a smile from all. Lovely relaxing sitting arrangement. Everything more or less was smooth except the persons on computer either new to this or the computer system was not very friendly. So that area of registering and payment if a bit more smooth, then no worries as the vaccination procedure was too smooth and others. All the staff were very friendly. We are very happy that we registered at Fortis. Thank you all at Fortis!
