Today i went to the hospital for my pre employment medical test. Hospital is very neat and clean, very friendly and helpful staff and doctors. Fees are very less compare to other hospitals. Totally satisfied with the service.

Haha! I would have given 0 star if i had the option. Absolutely stupid. And they would never just pick up the call.
People at the registration, medicine counter, etc., are slow, very slow. A simple process takes very long, sometimes hours, as there is no systematic approach. They do their work the way they like, at their own pace. A proper system in place would really be appreciated. The rest of the medical industry has moved forward while this hospital is still stuck in the 90s.
