Superb Worst service!!!!!! first and last don't never ever visit this branch, staff's are very rude, They doesn't know how to treat with customers.This is branch will spoil icic brand value
its a good branch but when relationship manger leaves there no follow up system in place don't know who to talk to if your a NRI … the bank need to fix this up soon.
I don't have account in this branch. I have visited couple of times for my relatives to enquire about few products, home loans etc. The staffs are cooperative. This was located deep inside from main road and not visible from roads. Ample parking space is available inside premises.
take more time for all the services. doing other works and make us sit. not delivering cheque book because they say the shelf is locked, the clerk is gone out and ask me to come on next day. what the hell going.....
