Called at theirenquiry no. Person appointed Mr. Raokar transferred my call twice, third time I asked him why is he transferring my call without listening to my query completely. I asked his name to which his reply was "kisko bolneka hai boldo"......such type of people handling the responsibility of enquiry desk....very sad....I have the recording of the call n what type of language is used by Mr. Raokar
If you or your relative is going to have a baby here. I would say, JUST DON'T. They won't let you see the NEW BORN & kill the excitement you have for the baby. Staffs at the gate are not polite at all & work like a bouncer to stop you. Dont visit here for anything if your Excitement meter is high!
Very bad experience...Staffs, nurses, RMO, Wardboy and maids are very rude and they dont attend the patient in first call. We have to ask numerous times for any help and concerns related to the patient. I feel that even goverment hospital is much better than masina hospital.
