Neurosurgeon... My father under go surgery of spine 2 times..every time Dr recommend for surgery...without knowing patient condition doctor every time how Dr suggest for surgery. Every time Dr misbehaving with patient and patient family...Without Knowing Patient physical condition how will doctor decide..and results of all of this my father condition was so critical that he unable to walk and unable to lift this hand..he undergo complete paraylisis...and today itself Dr recommend for surgery and they said that if you are come to surgery then welcome and not then don't come for appointment.. I am requesting you to please remove such doctor...we are expecting better services from lilavati hospital...
The process of booking was smooth and easy. I went there for a routine check-up with heart surgeon Doctor Menon. He was very patient to hear out and a soft spoken person. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Hospital is very neat and decent. Right from the time you enter the OPD to admission for patients it was a smooth and hectic free process. Doctors are very good and knowledgeable. You will not find issues with the doctors who get irritated when you ask them know about the patients health or progress. They would standby and keep answering the questions that you have to clarify unlike other doctors who starts to get irritated when you ask them something. The nurses and staff is very cooperative as well. They would make sure they will do all what they can without trying to get you involved like getting medicines, following up queries with Mediclaim etc. However, there is a price to all what i mentioned above but quality does come at a price. So if there are no issues with finances by paying a little extra like 10% from market then this is one stop for all what you should expect from a hospital. I would strongly recommend Lilavati for the treatment.
It has now become more of like a municipality hospital. Went there for blood tests today. OPD payment counter closes at 2100 hrs. I reached at 2053 hrs. and the window was closed! Server goes off often. It is now municipal hospital with 5 star cost.
