The desk staffs have no manners and is a mess. They enjoy chit chat rather than attending the patients. The lady specially doesn’t know her work and doesn’t have any ethics which is very important in the medical.Also ,They don’t even communicate prior about any change in the appointment. And when you confront them they lie that they informed correctly.They just enjoy bothering the patients. For one 2D echo test i have visited the hospital 4 times in 2 days and still its not conducted and they made me pay it in advance promising it will be done the next day at the scheduled appointment time given by them. You will sure waste your time and money here. Highly disappointed and frustrated.
Very annoyed and angry with the man at the reception. He has no manners at all. Please do make it a point to keep someone with reasonably decent manner at the reception if you do not want clients to have a very poor first impression. He argued with me because when I told him that he should have typed the full name of the patient on the prescription as well as lab reports instead of typing the first name only. He was trying to justify that the full name is on the receipt/bill copy. For submitting the prescription and lab reports to any office, the full name is mandatory. But who can make a thick headed, arrogant understand that??!!! He needs training before being allowed to sit at the reception
I went there for doing some blood tests. They gave reports for only 2 out of 5 tests. They don't even have clue of when will the other reports come. Whenever tried to followup, I got very irresponsible answers. And even today, I didi not receive the remaining reports. Looks some thing seriously wrong with this Apollo unit. Also they have pharmacy in the same premises. They charged money for 7 different medicines. However, after reaching home, I could see that only 2 medicines are available in the cover. Overall, complete cheating in this clinic, pharmacy even in this tough and critical situations. I would strongly recommend not to visit this unit at any cost.
Doing business with customers without helping them. Providing 3rd class fraud services. Just for RT-PCR test, they are charging 1300/- saying home collection, while delivering simply sending it in email. They will not clearly communicate the procedures before the payments. Once payment is done, they will start giving many clauses. You will feel like cheated. Unfortunately there is no way to give negative rating. Never visit this place.!!!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Vishnu (Dr Vishnu M Moodalgiri | Dermatologist) when I was facing herpes 2 years ago. He just took 4 seconds to determine it. His medicine worked amazingly and herpes was gone within 10 to 12 days. I never faced this problem again. Recently I have gone through one more surgery, that is excision. I didn't face any issues during the procedure. It is healed properly. Thank you
