Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Thulasi pharmacy. They came to our school and invited us to come when teacher purchase more than 500 rupees from medical shop they will issue 250 worth Parker pen to honor the teacher. But when we ask they said it is over in the morning itself. Why do you make people to feel worse by your statement.. Hereafter we will never ever visit Thulasi pharmacy for the wrong commitment.. First time rating as 1 in the google because of your reply.... Don't do your business marketing strategy to the teacher.... Before announce any scheme give clear picture so that your name will be retained.... I want someone from higher level to respond the review ...
Service is not fast enough and waiting period is around 5-30 mins. Nothing else to complain about. It is easily accessible and little parking space in available in NH. 10% discount can be availed on every bill.

They keep customers inside the shop for a long time. May be it’s a way of showing crowd. They provide discounts mostly 5% or 10% not 15 or 20%
