I had undergone a surgery in Columbia Asia Mysuru. I am consulting Urologist Dr Dinesh, an excellent doctor and took very good care of me. This hospital has the best nursing staff, they are humble and rendered very good service. The doctor, nursing staff, labs and hygiene deserve more than 5 STAR. But the real downside of this hospital is their Accounting / Finance staff they are always confused, you are required to wait in these counters they will be busy talking in intercom and never pay attention to customers.
Excellent service. Hospitality, care taking and cooperation is very good. The doctors and staff who attended me were professionals with human touch. ICU doctors and staff helped us as lot. They are efficient. Ambience is like a 5 star hotel. Very clean, neat and tidy. The expenditure for people like us is a little more!
I wish I could rate minus for this hospital. Please don’t trust this hospital, they really don’t know how to treat aged patients. All that matters to them is MONEY. Recently my grandmom was hospitalised at Columbia Asia for Covid treatment. We could hardly get any updates on our grand mom, as we were not allowed to meet her(understandable), but collecting the information over the phone was like riding a roller coaster. The receptionist wouldn’t have proper update, our calls would go to every possible department but none would give a response. When my grandmom was discharged and she got home we noticed that she had very bad bedsores(like not just her back literally every part of the body). She is 85 but a strong woman, whenever she asked the nurses to get her family to meet her, she as always received rude replies. We understand that we aren’t allowed inside, atleast show some respect to aged woman! It’s your duty to ensure the patient get better mentally and physically too. I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone.
