Had gone for full body check up. It was good and timely. Recommend this clinic. The staff was helpful and helped in finishing the tests. Shreedevi and her team was good.
I had done a COVID test with them and report was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Instead of 2 days after 4 days they have still not delivered the reports and some of the staff avoid picking the calls. How do you even believe the reports are correct if testing is not done within time frame. Would not recommend. Edit: some employees have been helpful and they managed to get me the report at night after 4 days but at least they responded.
I have visited Apollo clinic two times this week. I am quite pleased with the services of front office, especially Mr Dhanush. I find him very helpful and customer oriented. Well mannered. I also found Mrs Jayalakshmi very attentive and helpful. I appreciate her services. She has nice manners. She is an asset to this clinic. I am a resident of RBI Lay out and hence forth would come again to this conic only, if I need medical services.I After due check ups we consulted Dr Sahana who patiently attended to us. We are happy the way she treated us in a calm and collected way.
