Ruined our Maine trip. Advertised 2-3 day Covid results, told us it would probably be 3-5 days after we signed up and paid and now we are at day 11 and STILL NO RESULTS... TOTAL waste of time.... UPDATE Day 16 NO RESULTS.... how can they be so bad?
Quick in and out for minor illness is okay. Anything serious better go to urgent care or your actual MD. It’s really a draw of the cards if you get a decent NP or MD. Some of them are clueless. This location seem to have a decent MD from Ukraine. Some locations the nurses have no idea how to speak or comfort patients who are suffering. For its convenience it’s not bad. Make appt ahead online helps too
The NP is pleasant and seems educated but, does not believe in antibiotics. Alot of people getting sick right now, antibiotics is what should be prescribed. She refused to give my son,13, antibiotics after telling me he has upper respiratory infection. She also told me I had infection. We both had to go to our Dr.'s about a week after a visit to her and get ANTIBIOTICS !!!
I don’t even write reviews but i had such a good experience: 1) i made an appointment time online & showed up 20 mins early to be safe... was seen immediately! 2) the NP Elizabeth Bartlett was super nice & friendly & explained everything well 3) i was in & out even before my originally scheduled time & the pharmacy filled my prescription in less than 5 mins, already feeling much better 12 hours later I was nervous because of some of the reviews but this is the perfect place to go if you’ve already got an idea of what’s going on medically & you just can’t get the time in with your PCP
