We went to Kashmir by booking the package for three persons. Arrangements , bookings, drivers and cars and accomodation was awesome. Reliable contact persons , booking team and local person of Kashmir. I have never experienced such a great tour Booking ever in my life. Best company to book with???????? Big Thanks !!
They do not even know about the places they are sending you to. Booked Kanha National park visit through their agent and the kind of safari agent got us was the worst one. They booked for us the Buffer sadari which is not even inside the jungle rather some outer area. Completely ruined the trip for us. Don't ever book through them if you are looking for a national park.
Worst services! We had booked our tour for Kedarnath with them in May through Arun Joshi. Sadly due to Covid19 lockdown that was cancelled. I had payed them advance of 15k for booking. They refunded me only 9500 till now after 100s of calls. They don't even answer to the calls and just text that will call back. But never i have received a call from there side. This is the worst professional behaviour i have experienced from any tour operator till now. Refund my remaining amount ASAP.

Very professional & helpful tour operators & sales guides (Manvendra). Were able to customize our tour according to our tastes (adventure+pilgrimage), food, hotels/resorts, specific instructions to the. Local guide & subsequent daily follow-up even during our travel on WhatsApp by them & by their counterparts in Bhutan. If there were any deficiencies they were being addressed by them immediately (as such we didn't find any deficiency). Overall very satisfied with their travel arrangements.
