No proper information given here. In fact they mislead people who genuinely come for vaccination. This place is one of the worst, most disorganised Primary Health Centres! No social distancing is followed, employees themselves don't wear masks, the premises are filthy and poorly maintained. They denied to give me my second dose of Covaxin on 19th April inspite of having stock. They asked me to go on 21st April. On my second, and every subsequent trip thereafter, they have sent me back citing vaccine shortage. Go here at your own peril!
Had COVID vaccine for my parents a week before. It's not updated in COWIN app. The data entry lady shows rude attitude. Not giving proper information. Had very worst experience. Haven't get certificate till date.

This is a government primary health centre located in Mugalivakkam. They have a pharmacy with emergency medications, sisters are quite friendly and helpful. Considering the fact that this is 2019, some improvements should be done regarding the maintenance of the place. There is a free dental screening centre here in addition to the other facilities. However, we have to be here before 11:45 to get a checkup. They're providing a free dental checkup, unfortunately no treatment is carried out, they refer you to Sri Ramachandra Dental College. Overall, if gets the job done so nothing much to complain.
