Hall is big but Clinliness is soo pooer and it's government hall but is no maintain proparly and it's rent is soo low but booking is so long

Really better place for celebration of special functions such as marriage, birthday party, school function, and for small party purpose it is good option. Moreover it quite good place according to facilities.
SMC just hall space facilities provides, your all other functional needs to rearrange by your way as like for marriage, engagement else/or other stuffs. Too cheap rent as per other private space areas like party plot & others. It's SMC's best services too all city civilians. You must have to book any of the multipurpose hall from Surat's official website as per first come - first serve basis.
I attended a marriage function in the hall. The hall is fine but it's toilets are not cleaned as Surat city. So please try to keep the toilets clean
