Hello, though i heard good feedback about the hospital in the past, at present I experienced unpleasant atmosphere in the hospital during the last visit. Especially interms of treating the people by the Doctors is not upto the mark. Recent experience with Swarnalatha who doesn't even treat the people with basic ethics. Doesn't even ready to listen the problems of the people. Expecting to behave like a human being first than Doctor. Hope management will look into this to improvise the service to the public which is actually expected by the people. Highly disappointed by the treatment of the Doctors which is the basic expectations. Thanks!
