It's the center for government officials work of pingla block people. Timing is just like any other government office. Resident certificate and others including self arms registration and update is done here. It is on the high way from balichak station. It has many buildings including a school beside. Opposite to main entrance there is a xerox shop where paper work like printing xerox is done.
