Good but bathroom cleaning are bad
I went to Regency Hospital Cancer and Gastro Care Centre (Tower 2) on my general physician's recommendation as they only have the PET CT scan machine in Kanpur which is required to determine if the patient has cancer. Grateful that the tests came negative. The doctors and the staff were very polite and professional. Didn't have trouble with anything.
Best hospital with good services Staff behaviour and way of talking is very sweet..specially ground floor reception of tower2 cancer department...keep it up :)
My mother was admitted we were given room no 611. On 21.4.2021 mother was shifted to ICU at 9.45 am as her condition deteroriated. I hurriedly collected my belongings in room and went to ICU. In hurry I forgot to collect the charger of my phone which was plugged in. At around 12.30 my wife went to find the charger. The charger was not there. The room was still vacant. The matter was reported to the supervisor and in reception but no one really could help. An entry in the complain register has been made with the hope that persons responsible will find the defaulter and hand over my charger to me.
Got GI Surgery was done at Regency Hospital Cancer and Gastro Care Centre Tower 2, Kanpur from Dr Abhimanyu Kapoor. The facilities and hospitality I got were one of the best and the fee was also not very high when compared with hospitals in Delhi. I am glad I took the decision to get my surgery done at Regency.
