Very good hospital. Neatly maintained. Infrastructure is good. But little expensive. Canteen over here is very costly. Suggest to go outside and eat. Parking is limited, anyways parking inside is available but still you have to pay 150. Otherwise the facilities they provide is really good. Good staffs and immediate response.
Dr shashikala Dr syeddin qutbi Are the gems.. of the hospital.. thanku so much for bringing them up !
If you are going here for COVID19 vaccination, please note that the vaccination center is not in the hospital premises. Vikram hospital is conducting it's vaccination in the basement parking lot of nearby Reliance Digital, a few hundred meters away. This information is not available anywhere, and I only came to know about it when I was trying to find it inside the hospital. At the time I went to the vaccination center the queue was pretty short. It took only 10minutes to get vaccinated.
My wife was given appointment at 11.20 AM. But we could see the doctor only at 12.45. l am 78 years old and my wife is 72 year's old. We had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes. I feel that you should NOT make us to wait for such a long time. You should stick to the timings. 15 minutes wait is okay. Kindly follow the timings strictly.
Took my dad yesterday to Vikram and experienced no more than a government hospital. The Hospital staffs delay and take there own time in every possible process starting from emergency, beds, consultation, tests, reports, billing and discharge. I got my dad admitted in emergency at 11AM and he was discharged at 10PM. One of the fellow patient was discharged at 11 Am and the bill was given at 9PM.The doctors are no doubt very good at there work but the staffs are trying to bring down all the name of this hospital. Would suggest you to directly meet the doctors in OPD and get testing / admission in a different place. You will save your time, energy, patience and a huge amount of money as well because there bills are too high starting from car parking.
