Visited in May 2021 for vaccinating my parents. A very smooth experience... The whole thing took exactly 35 minutes.... 5 minutes for the registration and jab... And 30 for the post jab observation.. very courteous staff members. Hospital is easy to access and good amount of parking available in the hospital lane and main road
My Father was admitted at the Hospital for Surgery under Health Insurance Scheme. The Admission staff and consulting Doctor were very understanding and took notes of all previous medical history and patient issues , being a senior citizen they helped in alloting a bed which was convenient for him to use and move around. The Patient Welfare Team visited us regularly to seek feedback about the services rendered by the Hospital, The hospital staff explained the surgery process and Health Insurance documentation in detail. The Discharge procedure was seamless and follow up appointments were well coordinated and regular reminder were sent for the same.
In ICU all staff took a good care of mine like a family member. All ICU all staff is excellent. Even the contract staff of housekeeping is nice. Overall services is very good. Food is also good.
The hospital is very clean and has a courteous staff. They extend themselves in taking care of the patient and take continuous feedback and stay connected with the patient for their comfort. Help us in our healing journey
It was a nice experience to be here at SL Raheja hospital for my father's treatment. It seems to be little costly but services are worth to it. Nursing staff needs to be trained for smooth services.
