I have experienced very worst service from them. No proper lab technicians and Doctors for consultation . While collecting blood sample they literally use attend calls. One sample collector booked ola for her and told I have one minute time In that I have to collect the blood sample. It's so disgusting. No proper information will be provided in the front office and also rude towards us. I highly don't recommend this clinic for annual health checkup. No female technicians to for female patients. And the technicians there never wears a mask. Even while collecting the blood sample. I am really unhappy with there service. They were busy in there personal stuff.
I had booked a package as part of Annual Health check up. Blood samples collected at the center have been misplaced and we did not get the reports for the blood test. The Scan reports do not have the radiology reports attached. As promised they do not call up and inform the reports are ready until we make several phone calls. The service was pathetic and was not worth even a penny.
Very well maintained and very good staffs and finally I would like to thanks Dr Mangala gowri for such a wonderful treatment and care showing to the patient. Thank you doctor you are amazing ????????
Poor Management. Came here for a checkup from insurance company. Nurse/staff are more involved in their personal life chatter than tending to the patients. I had to come here 4 times just to complete the full checkup because the doctors/technicians seemed to be unavailable or on one ocassion, left the clinic without being informed that there are patients waiting.
There is no value for your time and money. Even after weeks of check up, they never send reports. After 3 weeks of waiting, We went and waited for an hour. Still they say printer is not working. Some lame excuses. I booked a general medicine consultation, they called me and confirmed the appointment. But when I visited the clinic, they say, the doctor will be available from 11.30. So, I had good experience only during tests, once it is done, I had to waste so much of my time waiting for reports, consultation. So I recommend other apollo clinics than this one.
