Booked forenoon online slot on Cowin for the covid vaccine.Reached at 1130 am. Was told the online booking did not count and we needed to come next day at 930am for paper tokens. Since there were more like us who had booked online, we were finally then given paper tokens after some cajoling. Were asked to come at 1230pm. When we again reached at 1230 PM, Were told there were a lot of people ahead of us and we needed to wait at least an hour. So like a typical government facility, one needed to block almost the full day for getting vaccinated at Aster Clinic. There seemed no attempt to help and little empathy on display.
It's been very satisfactory and comfortable process for the annual health check up, since it was the first time I was going for tht. All the staff and doctors are very friendly and effective and efficient in their respective filed. The process went well and the consultation at the end of the day was also went well. It was not done in hurry bury but well explained with patience. I thank Aster clinic for their professional approach with human heart.
I had registered & booked appointment through Arogya Sethu Application for my parents vaccination- covaxin. When we visited, we were denied vaccination citing - No Stock. Typically, The clinic opens slots for public to fix appointments when the stock is received. So either stock was received and administered to walkin appointments (reservation?) (or) there is a human error in opening up of slot. Desperate times. Desperate measures....

NEVER GO TO ASTER CLINIC JP NAGAR. On 02/04/21 I had booked a slot for Covaxin vaccination for my wife at Aster Clinic JP Nagar through Arogya Setu app. Went there at 11.35AM with my wife and my friend who also had scheduled through Arogya Setu app.. The receptionist told that all slots for the day including afternoon are exhausted. She also advised me to reschedule the appointment for another day and try. Whereas on 02/04/21 my friend who had booked the afternoon slot for Covaxin vaccination was met with the same answer from the receptionist at 1.30PM. He showed her the SMS confirming the schedule and shouted making other seniors from the clinic to come. Then he was administered Covaxin vaccination at 1.45PM. Then 3 more people who just walked in without appointment or schedule were also administered Covaxin vaccination. Aster Clinic JP Nagar is a cutthroat place. Don't visit it if you are soft spoken.
