My wife had vaccination in Aster yesterday on 04/06/21.I am not exaggerating, but It took just 10 minutes to finish the whole process. Slots of 350 people were managed exceptionally well to such an extent that you won’t see any crowd there. Lobby was well spacious, token, billing and vaccination were done without any hitch. Best thing, they conducted everything in the ground floor made it really convenient. Kudos to the Hospital Management. Many other top brands should take a leaf out of Aster.

We are extremely happy and very satisfied with RV Aster. The personal care and individual attention given by the department coordinators shows their dedication and commitment to the care, something that is very difficult to find these days despite being the basic factor in hospitality. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The food was healthy and personally recommended by the dietician. Aster is a definite recommendation for all those who want to get medical attention. 5 stars for their personal care, excellent hospitality and wonderful service.
I got my Cholecystectomy (Gall Bladder removal) Laproscopic surgery done in this hospital by Dr Aashish Shah. He has done an excellent job,the hospital is very clean,the charges are very nominal and reasonable. The team of Doctors working with Dr.Aashish are very professional and very good they all knew about my case. The Doctor's assistant handling all the communications,Mr.Vijay kumar,was a great help,he too turned out to be very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.He handled the check-in,checkout,insurance claim,post surgery appointments and everything related to the surgery very well. Dr.Aashish Shah is one of the finest Doctor I have ever come across,he explained about the surgery so well and handled everything perfectly with his team. I am feeling blessed by getting my treatment done from such a nice human being & a gentleman Doctor. A big thanks to Mr Vijay Kumar and Dr.Aashish Shah for taking so much care. Aster RV Hospital is one of the best and cleanest hospital I have been to in Bangalore. Thanks once again Dr. Saab and Vijay sir.
My daughter age 13 years was admitted here. Everyone(Doctor and nurses) take care of her like anything. Even my daughter don’t feel like getting discharged and that much comfortable they made her. 24*7 contact person is available. Especially Ms.Reena was helping in any type of queries. Really good service and appreciated
