This railway station is the nearest railway station from my home(Town manna) and also it is the nearest rail station from the famous hindi temple sabarimala. This station is situated in between thiruvalla and mavelikkara railway stations.

one of the best railway station in alappuzha district and crowded one too ...its located in heart of chenganoor ..its very helpful with nearby public transport facilities and sabarimala pilgrim transports and private cabs too..station very clean and hygenic..parking area very helpful..ticket counter and reservation counter located in underground ..station equiped with good and neat toilets ..elevator and escalator, ramps for disabled peoples ...total 3 platforms here ..at the end ....i give 5 star for safety facility and service ...everything excellent
