I am not against Karnataka Bank, It's very good and serving better but I am dissatisfied with the staff who are working at Soraba Branch. There is one employee, I Don't know his name(Maybe Subramanya) who take care of all the customer query, he doesn't know how to treat the customer at all, He thinks like he is the boss, let me share my experience, once I visited the bank for claiming insurance along with my elder brother, I asked him the procedure for that he talked with me harshly with some abusing words that how many times I will have to keep on telling you the procedure but I only asked him once. This is not the way to behave with the customers, I am also working in Banglore but how we treat our customers professionally, no matter how busy we are that is the respect we give to our customers. But here he thinks like customers are uneducated. I could have quarreled with him on the day itself. But that is not fair. Thank you
