The hotel is very near to majestic. Anybody who is travelling to and fro from majestic can definitely book the hotel. The hotel rooms are quite spacious. But what I liked the most is the shower space which is really elegant. We also had booked the function hall which is adjacent to the mail hotel. The hall is decent and is apt for any small functions. Also the food which was served was real good. Also the staffs were very cordial and helpful.
Other than the size of the room which we felt to be quite crammed with furniture with not much space to move around, I was really impressed with this hotel. Lovely staff, great ambiance and tasty food. We felt very welcome at the restaurant: special thanks to Janarddan who attended to us very well and requested feedback. I told him that all except the chicken curry, spices of which still had a raw taste, were excellent. He acknowledged the same and promised to get it rectified. I would definitely stay here again: recommended.
The Restaurant is located in prime location.Ambience is good with big screen and during cricket live commentary is ON.Rest rooms are neat and clean.Food is not up to the mark whilst very expensive not worth of money. The service team needs training on hospitality. Changing team may solve few issues.
Good hotel to stay. I visited bangalore for official purpose and stayed for almost a week. Staff is polite and courteous. Discount on tariff was given which made the stay mentally relaxing. Morning breakfast is complimentary and good with buffet system. I took dinner for one day in terrace restaurant. Food is little overpriced for the quality they offer. Service though is very good.
We stayed here for 6 day's in the month of January. From outside it looks like moderate but once you are inside it's value for money. Beds are good everything is clean house keeping & room service are friendly. Towels are clean. Every thing in the room is at at par standard with four star standard. Restaurant menu needs a improvement.
