Not good hospital,. Don't care to patients , Especially in gynaecology,. Will you please arrange chairs to the patient atleast in gyanachology, it's a humble request to the government of kerala
I would rather give 2.5 rating for this hospital. Bike parking, car parking is available. Max 30 bikes and 10 cars can be parked inside. For parking, Rs.5(token issued) is charged by the security at the entrance of the hospital. Once you enter to the left you can see Covid test building. Doctors and nurses are good in providing transparent solutions or suggestions. Renovation is going on now. I would request all to be safe. Wheelchair accessible entrance at the gate and buliding. For xray, separate building. Bold test, ECG is done in main building ground floor. Staffs at the entrance of main building are there for good guidance. They are polite and good and less knowledgeable on contact perspective. I noticed 6 ambulance. Not sure if more are available. Hospital pics are already posted in other reviews. So posting only internal pics where renovation is going on. For OP, take token near the entrance and show th token in the counter and consulting doc name and again doctor will be aligned and one more token will be given. If you take the token at 8:30am, you need to wait till the doctor to come at 12noon after their home clinic work. This is pathetic. One need to wait for 3hrs to consult doctor. Doctors will give two options. Stand in OP line a d take token(free in hospital) or call doctor mobile number to get treated in thier home clinic which is paid.

It's a government hospital and we don't expect more.Its Interiors and certain infrastructure has improved recently. But the diagnosis varies and quality is really pathetic. Doctors at late night duty are in a hurry and don't care about providing proper check up. They just want to make that check up is done . But luckily for emergency cases they don't do it . Three star for good service received from some facilities.
