Well organised, clean facilities. Easy Process and enough volunteers to guide you. Not much of waiting time either. Just that it was too hot and uncovered in places. They could avoid handing out fliers and asking us to post reviews though! ????
Positive vibes whenever I visit the Hospital to meet Doctors or Day care department. All nurses, doctors and support staffs are very polite and helpful. All necessary guidelines provided and willing to give a helping hand always! All necessary precautions taken by hospital during this pandemic. Overall the experience has been 5 star!!!
Following covid rules very seriously. Staff is fast and helpful. Nursing team is very polite, caring and responsive. Housekeeping is also very good here. I even liked the food also. Hospital has all the thing needed the only thing is it's little old style and definitely lift's are too much slow.
Receptionist who takes calls and appointments needs to be trained on manners and decency. She kept disconnecting my calls, quite rude. I had a scheduled online appointment at 1230 as per her confirmation, there was no link or schedule sent across to my email. So I followed up with a call at 1230 and she said that she would call me back, which never happened. Followed up again at 1245 and 1300 to know that the receptionist was docking and avoiding my calls.
