Max is a very well managed and professionally run Hospital. To be honest the staff here are very courteous and well aware of their duties towards the patients visiting for treatment. Our experience was excellent and we really had a great experience in getting my Father-in-Law operated, we were very well treated and guided by the concerned Doctor Who Dr. R.S Rai he is a Gem of a person and his entire team really handled our case very well. We highly recommend Max Mohali. Considering our over all Experience across all departments. We wish them a very good luck.

Worst, just a money making machine. Anyhow they tries to fetch money from your pocket. ????????????????????????????????????
Nursing and housekeeping services need to be improved and made more humane. Nurses were very slow to respond whenever the bell was pressed. Sometimes the patient's attendant had to go to nurse station to ask them to come and attend to patient after the nurse on duty didn't respond to the bell. Don't know the reason for this. Maybe the hospital hasn't recruited the required number of nurses needed. Housekeeping staff come at 6 am to change sheets and that to without first knocking on the door, they just barge in! What is the need to come so early? Sheets can be changed at 10 am. Why disturb the patient when he or she is sleeping and recovering from surgery? What is the emergency?! Is comfort of the patient more important or changing of sheets? It appears to be the latter in this case. The management has to ensure that nurses and housekeeping staff are more sensitive to needs of patients and ensure that issues faced by patients are always addressed first.
