I visited Cloudnine Kalyani Nagar hospital for Covid vaccination for my husband. It was a very nice experience....very hygienic hospital. Process was very smooth. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Social distancing was well maintained. Please do visit the hospital for vaccination if at all you are in age group of 18-44. Well done team Cloudnine. I was here for maternity purpose for 4 days and found below observations - - Overall service is good in terms of care/health etc - If you have taken a package here (assume of X amount) in advance, then your final bill while getting discharged would be - x + 25k, regardless of circumstances. - Once you got discharged, you will be called for follow up (I visited just after 2 days). If you call their customer care, they will say, it's free of cost but once you visit hospital, they will make you pay 900/- consultation fee. Never seen such high consultation fee anywhere. Consider that, you have already paid them more than 1 Lakh of amount. Such a shame. - So looks that are running a money machine, nothing else.

Our experience with Cloud Nine was really good. the doctors were very nice and co-operative. The staff was very attentive and were attending us immediately. The security staff also helped us with parking and car wash and sanitization. Overall a very positive birth experience. I highly recommend Cloud Nine.
First visit was for my covid vaccination. Very calm and clean hospital with good guidance and assistance. Out vaccination process was very much hassle free. Would definitely recommend this hospital.
