This is in continuance to my review posted earlier in the day..The appointment was booked through cowin app. So my staff went for vaccination. However, since he was told he won't be vaccinated, I called at your hospital and spoke with Ms Sonia. However, when my staff went there, she sent him at some other location. When he reached there, he was again sent to Reception. Instead of helping him out, hospital staff were playing musical chair. He didn't know where to go, what to do so he came back without being vaccinated.
I was @ this ???? the other day for my Covid-19 vaccine and was really impressed by the arrangement s. Protocol was followed strictly. The staff was polite considerate and well informed. Felt like a guest rather than a patient. Thanks so much for the happy experience.
