Aster CMI, is an excellent hospital with all the basic comforts. Its very important to say that the environment of the hospital is quite neat & clean and it has Subway inside. In particular to say, the Physiotherapy department staff are quite excellent. Very kind, considerate & accommodative towards the patients, while handling them. In fact, the entire Unit is very good which includes getting your convenient time fixed, which is more important, in fact.. Good Luck for the Team!! Though I have given good remarks about the unit in total, still I couldn't get the expected relief despite undergoing a week physiotherapy. Just felt like giving the accurate feedback.
good, but some of the doctor will not ask previous medicine and prescribe their own medicine. Most of the nursing staff are knowledgeable but some follow blindly. Cleaning staff are co-operative. Pathetic parking lot. No space for parking every time. Have to go to hill to park the vehicle and there is no road for the hill. It looks good from outside and inside. No service for patients
I was tested CoviD-19 poistive, on August 9th 2020, and then following my Dad (65) and Mom (64), The response from Aster CMI is exceptionally good, we have got the best treatment and Hospitality in this Center. I am surprised that, even at this pandemic pressure , Doctors, Nursers and coordinators and all the staff were very Courteous and patience enough. I would like to specially thank the following People (COVID -warriors) for helping me and family to recover in this CoviD-19 pandemic. 1) Dr. K V S Reddy (Physician): for his exceptional commitment and focus. 2) Dr. Praveen Naik (Medical Officer): For his exceptional dedication and attention to the people in the treatment. 3) Mrs Nirmala : for her excellent co-ordination and follow ups 4) Mrs Prathiba (ward incharge): for her excellent Co-ordination in the COVID Ward Others: Nurses, Staff at sample collection. BBMP Co-ordinators: 1) Pallavi: For her excellent Co-ordination with patience to help us get BU Number 2) Suma S and Dr. Sunanda: for thier timeless efforts. I salute to these CoVID-19 Warriors, because of your sacrifice, we are safe with family, My family has pro-actively donated more than 3L for PM Care foundation. I had recently been admitted to hospital with complains of sinus. I was admitted to general ward of the hospital. I wanted to thank the doctors and nurses at the ward for treatment. Dr were very good in diagnosis, very patient to answer every question that I had and had excellent followup during the treatment. Nurses were very kind and very well trained. They exhitibted very strong sense of responsibility and punctuality in their work. Supporting staff was good, the ward and bathrooms very well maintained and cleaned very frequently. Food was good, hot and good quality. Overall my stay was very good and aster cmi is a world class hospital for treatment.
