I loved the service here. Especially the Orthopaedic section is too good I would recommend this hospital for any type of injury. Dr Raghavendra and his colleagues did a great job in my moms leg surgery and they made sure that she got completely cured. I would give a 10/10 rating for this hospital.
My mother had a day procedure. The Doctors are excellent. They explain the procedure very well and the follow up very well. The staff are very warm and helpful!
From my stay and treatment I can say with. some credit that this hospital has best doctors who are expert's in their. fields, staff- nurses brothers and sisters are very caring and companionate, admin people are very friendly and professional. Ty Aster.
I had a rather bad experience with Aster CMI hospital in connection with the CoVid vaccine. My 81 years old mother got her first shot today. We had a long long wait before her turn came up - but that is not my complaint since it was expected considering the rush. The shocker was after the shot. She was asked to wait in the observation area for 30 minutes. After about 5-6 minutes she had mild dizziness and sweating so I notified the staff. One nurse (I presume) put her in a closed observation room, asked her to lie down, gave her a glass of water and left. For the next 25 minutes no body even looked into the closed room - no nurse to even check her pressure, no doctor on call, nothing. After 25 minutes since my mother was feeling better, we strolled out and nobody even noticed. I however told one of your staff how poor your protocol was. We were lucky that she was not one of the exceptions cases that had a major or fatal reaction to the vaccine. I am horrified to think what would have happened to another case if it were more serious and the person had come unaccompanied to the hospital. The person could have well had a seizure in the closed room and no one would have been aware of it. So that takes away any credit that Aster Hospital might have had for organizing their vaccination drive. In fact, I wish there was a way to give you negative stars to bring out your negligible which might have fatal consequence to others. I am posting this review hoping that you will notice and fix your act.
Covid vaccine done was not properly organized, people were seen wandering. staff not competent to answer queries , no social distancing. 3 hrs taken for giving vaccine, backdoor entries inside payment counters , no senior staff of Aster seen when so much crowd was there, very sad state for a such a reputed hospital
