It's the hospital , managed by one family. Coordination is very very good & appreciated. They grew with honesty & continuous efforts , during the last 30 plus years ! Billing is correct & reasonable !! ( Even if , you do have insurance ! ) Other competitors hospitals , ask you the FIRST question , is that , HOW MUCH is your coverage ? Services are totally professional , and friendly ! There are NO tricks , to increase your actual Bill. Parking is available. Located at very convinced place. Strongly recommend for any type of treatment. Simply EXCELLENT ????

My mom tested positive for Covid and we consulted Dr. Sandeep. As soon as he heard about the case, he told me that we have to admit my mother. He recommended HRCT scan, C reactive serum and some other blood tests(blood glucose). I told him that we stay very nearby and we would like to see the report and then take a decision. The reports showed that my mom's ct severity score is mild to moderate (10/25) and C reactive was 39. I told the doctor that I would prefer home isolation. He got angry and didn't even look at the blood test reports and didn't bother to explain me the course of medication. He should understand his patients condition as well. Many cannot afford a bill of 1.5 to 2 lakhs in this situation. I was very disappointed at the behaviour. I even asked whether these medicines will make her better. He was like we can't tell, if you get admitted then we would have given her injections which work better. How can you discourage a patient like that...?? You should give hope in this situation. Pathetic experience and not satisfied with the consultant at all.
We get appointment with Dr Janaki in BBR for my daughter-in-law for regular checkup regarding her pregnancy. As we came from Banglore and too much worried for regular care and normal delivery. Working in Air Force and tried to get maximum information about good Gyno doctor and hospital. In all the regard Dr Janki from BBR Balanagar is one of the best Doctor. She guide care fully and get normal delivery of my ward where you get maximum cases of C section. Really I appreciate Dr Janki and wish many many success in her life.
We visit BBR hospital to consult Dr. Janaki. She is one of the best doctors in Gynecology. But, the hospital maintenance in Covid time is very very poor. There is no sanitization done or any change in the Sheet after Scanning, consulting beds, etc. Moreover, there is no email or online service for reports. Patients are forced to come to the hospital to get the reports. The worst part is even the Covid -19 RT PCR Positive report is not informed via email/phone/sms. etc. I see a patient who visited the hospital just to collect reports(He along with his family were tested Covid Positive). He was saying that he requested lab people to tell the results, whereas lab people said they won't see reports. Either patient/attendee should collect the reports. There is a 100% chance that the person can spread covid to others who are visiting the hospital. Such a pathetic service!
