One of the worst managed Covid vaccine center. Unable to handle even crowd of just 50 people. and no Day 1 management from staff and doctor. Moreover staff and doctor were not interested to listen to our experience and rectify it instead they casually shifted the blame to crowd (of just 50 people!) rather than streamlining their management. Cost of Covaxin is shown as Rs 1250 in the COWIN portal however got charged Rs1300. Not sure whats the extra charge of Rs 50. Its paid vaccine center and should provide hassle free service. Hopefully they should improve.
Worst vaccination centre. No proper management. No proper waiting facility. You need to stand on open road. Worst experience.
Overall good experience, however there is a scope for the improvements such like doctors communication with patient, It should be polite ..already patient suffers a lot.....as per medical condition..help them to create a friendly environment.....would request to improve this...otherwise great staff, treatment..and nice service.

No doubt its best hospital with great doctors ,but the only problem i deal with are some of staff members who disrespect you in front of others, but some staff members are very good the way they speak totally give us a pleasure. Good hospital with different specialty...only some staff are good
