I had good experience whenever i visit here. Receptionist are helpful. Mainly i visit to Dr. Pratibha and she's very experienced and will help you to identify the root cause instead of running here and there. Hospital is very good if we talk about everything under same umbrella. Cost wise it's good. But i think they can do even better when we talk about it the management and the doctors schedule.

The entire experience was good - doctors, food, service etc. Just beware from one ICU staff named Savita Muttimud. This one staff's rude behavior negated the entire experience that I had in 4 days. Ultra ultra rude. Started throwing files, telephones. She even shouted me and asked me to go and complain about her to the higher management and started calling her manager. I was amazed and thought she has forgotten who is the patient. I just wondered what she would do with the ICU patients if she is treating me like this. Rest, everything was good. This 4 star is only for the visiting doctor who treated me and the RMO.
