Good hospital, went for vaccination there. Well maintained process. However management should have kept measures to better maintain social distancing and for better name calling systems
We admitted due to blood infection to my baby but they suspected corona and took sample it's been 3 days infection got reduced and my baby is fit and fine but corona report did not come yet and they are asking me to pay extra 5000 per day as they kept my baby in isolation and this ward is just for name sake isolation. Billing section is charging 9500 per day for room and extra 5000 per day for isolation. It's been 3 days till now did not get corona report so not discharging my kid. Playing with the emotions. One day this complete rainbow team will see a storm in their life which will never end????????????
One of the terrible hospitals ever. I myself being a doctor have not seen such poor management anywhere. Nobody communicates properly. Dr.koteshwari never sees patients on time. And there is nobody to convey or inform that she will be available at some particular time. For a live consultation had to wait 2 hrs and for video consultation waited almost 8 hours. They will talk to u sweetly on first visit only. And next visit u get a pathetic response, not only from the doctor but also from staff. Pls avoid this hospital.
Worst experience with dr suresh this hospital is just commercial i never recommend to any parents to prefer this hospital
hopeless, wait time is abnormally high came for doctor Dr.Koteshwai Ganta, came to hospital at 3pm and doctor has not seen until 5.45pm no update on the doctor nor where when will she see us as well never seen such a wait time anywhere, dont understand if this is how this hospital works
